I have a problem with the statistics on outgoing calls. When I run the statistics on all day, the numbers that are returned to me, do not match those that are billed to me. For example, the total number of calls made yesterday (January 23, 2012) have a negative difference of 60 calls between the invoiced (4400) and those recorded by goautodial (4360). 

While the difference is even greater on the minutes of conversation where the error is about 3 hours. 

My supplier sent me the cdr call, and these I have seen in several tables (call_log, vicidial_log) but only vicidial_log is used to determine the statistics of that report. Is it possible that anything going wrong? 

What could be the problem? How can I fix this?
